Paying annually gives a 10% discount on every tier. More than 40 logins at a single location is priced on request.
Only people who log in to Viali count towards your tier. Staff who merely appear in the calendar, the OR plan, shift groups or working-time records without an app login are free and unlimited. A person holding several roles — for example a nurse who is also an administrator — counts once.
Each location is billed according to its own size, and the group receives a single invoice. Chain discounts apply: 10% for 2–5 locations, 20% for 6–15 locations and 30% from 16 locations upwards.
