Most clinics are fully up and running within 2–4 weeks. Our team guides you through configuration, data import and staff training.
Viali provides open REST API interfaces, which are available today. Integration with hospital information systems and HL7/FHIR is available on request as a project: we have assessed what the mapping requires and can build it for a specific case, but it is not available out of the box. Contact us to discuss your integration.
All data is encrypted and stored on Swiss servers and never leaves Switzerland. Viali is built to comply with the GDPR and the Swiss FADP, and a Data Processing Agreement is available.
No. Viali runs on a monthly rolling basis — no minimum term or exit fees. We believe you stay because the product is compelling, not because the contract forces you.
After the trial you move seamlessly to a paid plan — or you simply stop, with no charge. Your data remains accessible for 30 days so you can export everything.
All customers receive email support. For larger clinics we additionally provide a dedicated Customer Success Manager and phone support on business days.
All features are included. Praxis, Clinic and Clinic XL are the identical product and differ only in how many logins they cover — there are no modules or packages to buy separately. You simply activate the areas (e.g. OR & anaesthesia, reception, marketing or HR) your clinic wants to use. Only the TARDOC tier is limited, to billing alone.
