Yes, no or maybe — and the slot that works stands out
The organiser sets a subject, a few slots and a response deadline. Each invited person answers yes, no or maybe per slot. The grid shows two things at once: who has answered, and which slot actually holds. Once one is found the organiser confirms it — the poll moves from open to confirmed and stops sending reminders.
Somebody with no access answers anyway
Participants can be inside the clinic or outside it — the external anaesthetist, the referring doctor, a candidate for a post. Outsiders get an email with a link that belongs to that one invitation. No account, no password, nothing to register. Anyone signed in internally sees the poll anyway.
In person or by video, and at most one reminder a day
A poll is either an in-person meeting with a location or a video appointment with a meeting link. Anybody who has not answered gets a daily reminder — but at most one per person per day, counted in the clinic's timezone. Viali remembers when each person was last mailed, so two passes on the same day cannot produce two emails. That is the difference between a reminder and a filter rule in somebody's inbox.
