Real signatures, drawn on screen
The worker signs by hand on any device — phone, tablet, or computer — with place and date recorded. The manager countersigns in Viali, and the finished contract goes out automatically as a PDF on your letterhead with both signatures.
Signed means signed — enforced by the system
The moment a contract is signed, its content is frozen: the exact text, terms, rate, and personal data are locked at the database level and can never silently change afterwards. Every step — who signed, when, and where — is recorded.
