2. Data We Collect and How We Process It

We collect and process personal data only to the extent required to provide our services, or where you have given us your explicit consent.

2.1 Contact Form

When you use our contact form we collect: first name, last name, business email address, facility name, and your message. This data is used solely to process your enquiry and to follow up with you.

2.2 Website Usage Data

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website usage. Anonymised usage data is collected only after you have given your consent. Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Legal Basis

Processing of your data is based on Art. 6 GDPR and the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG). Depending on the purpose of processing, the applicable basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required to fulfil the contract or imposed by law. For email delivery we use Resend (EU data protection standards). For website analytics we use Google Analytics (data processed in the EU).

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Contact enquiries are deleted once fully processed, provided no business relationship is established.

Viali is Swiss Made software built with the highest data protection standards. All data is transmitted encrypted (TLS) and stored on servers in Switzerland or the EU. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
