Entered at reception
A new patient mentions the code at reception. Staff enter it on the patient's record — no app or self-service signup required by the patient.
Both sides rewarded
When the new patient completes their first treatment, both rewards are issued automatically — one to the referrer, one to the new patient.
Applied at payment
The reward is applied at payment — directly on the patient's invoice in Viali, or marked as used if honoured outside the system. Earned at the first treatment, applied at payment.
