Calendar and online booking
The day view shows every practitioner side by side; the week view gives each person a row of their own. One click opens the appointment with patient, service and status. Then the public booking page: choose a service with its price, Viali proposes the next free slot, pick date and time, enter your details.
Patient record and treatment
The patient list with quick search leads into the record with overview, appointments, treatments and documents. A signed treatment holds the service, lot, dose and treated zones and is locked after signing. Finally, a new treatment is recorded, ready to sign.
Invoice and revenue
One click turns a signed treatment into a draft invoice. The invoice list separates drafts, open and paid invoices; an invoice shows its lines, VAT and total. The business dashboard then shows revenue and revenue per practitioner.
