# Viali > Viali is an end-to-end digital platform for surgical and aesthetic practices in Switzerland. It covers patient booking, OR management, anaesthesia documentation, the electronic patient record, inventory, clinic task management, TARDOC invoicing, referral partners and commissions, full-funnel marketing analytics, and AI-powered patient campaigns — all in one Swiss-hosted, FADP & GDPR-compliant system. ## Main pages - [Home](https://viali.app/): Platform overview, key features, and demo request - [Pricing](https://viali.app/pricing): One flat price per clinic per month with logins included — TARDOC (billing only, 1 login) CHF 99, Praxis (up to 5 logins) CHF 249, Clinic (up to 15 logins) CHF 449, Clinic XL (up to 40 logins) CHF 749. Only people who log in count — staff who merely appear in the calendar, OR plan or roster are free and unlimited, and a person holding several roles counts once. Praxis/Clinic/Clinic XL are the same product and differ only in login count; only TARDOC is limited (to billing). 10% off when paid annually; over 40 logins at one location on request. Clinic groups: billed per location, one invoice, 10% from 2 locations, 20% from 6 locations, 30% from 16 locations. Electronic invoice submission via MediData requires a separate registration of the practice arranged directly with MediData — MediData fees are NOT included in the Viali monthly price; until activation invoices can still be created, validated and exported as PDF/XML. 14-day free trial, no credit card; SMS credits via aspsms.ch not included - [Product](https://viali.app/product): Role-by-role feature breakdown for patients, surgeons, anaesthesiologists, nurses, logistics, and management - [Flows](https://viali.app/flows): AI-powered patient marketing via SMS & email with smart segmentation and built-in A/B testing - [Funnels](https://viali.app/funnels): Full-funnel patient acquisition analytics — from first ad click to paid surgery - [Viali FLEX](https://viali.app/flex): Healthcare staffing platform connecting clinics, agencies, and external workers - [Viali Shifts](https://viali.app/shifts): Staff scheduling and working-time in one calendar — weekly shift grid, color-coded shift groups, a working-time log, a shared-tablet PIN kiosk, year-at-a-glance absence calendars and an automatic over/under-time balance - [Viali Rewards](https://viali.app/rewards): Referral program, loyalty cards, treatment packages and membership plans with automatic reward application — turn one-time patients into loyal ones - [Patient Record](https://viali.app/patient-record): Unified, secure patient record — contact details, allergies, medication, surgeries, treatments, appointments, documents and invoices in one FADP & GDPR-compliant view - [Viali Invoice — TARDOC billing](https://viali.app/product/tardoc): Swiss outpatient invoicing built into Viali — TARDOC single-service tariff, Ambulante Pauschalen flat rates and QR-bill invoices, validated against the official Swiss tariff rules; MediData integration built in, currently in final certification for electronic submission to insurers. Sold as part of the full Viali platform; for billing on its own see https://viali.app/tardoc - [Careers & Recruiting](https://viali.app/product/careers): Hiring for clinics — branded careers page, shared application inbox, automatic CV reading, AI fit scoring on de-identified data next to a structured team scorecard, hiring pipeline, interview slot voting and candidate emails in the candidate's language - [Contracts & E-Signing](https://viali.app/product/contracts): Worker contracts without the PDF ping-pong — block-editor contract templates with auto-filling placeholders, AI-drafted templates, link-based signing on any device, countersigning, database-level content freeze after signing, and signed rates flowing into monthly payables - [Clinic Tasks](https://viali.app/product/tasks): The clinic's task board — a task can be created from the board, a personal list, the "New task" dialog, a patient record, a chat message or the pre-operative overview; "#" links it to a patient or a surgery and "@" assigns it. The Team column states explicitly that nobody owns the task yet. Three states (open, working, done), reassignment with an optional reason, and attachments from camera, photo library or documents. Escalation runs by itself in three stages: unowned four working hours after creation, at the deadline (three working days by default), and again 24 hours past it. Personal tasks never appear on the board and never escalate until they are handed to the team - [Partners & Commissions](https://viali.app/product/partners): Referral partners for the clinic — a partner record with a referral code unique across partner, discount and patient-referral codes, and a partner contract signed digitally through the same template engine as employment contracts or uploaded as a signed PDF. In preparation, not yet on production: one booking-form code field for all three code types (pre-fillable from a QR poster link), manual and retroactive patient attribution with an explicit conflict notice, commissions created when surgery is planned and frozen when the invoice is paid (in Viali or via bexio), six eligibility conditions each returning its exact reason, monthly payout runs by payment month in the clinic timezone with a PDF statement naming patients by initials only, and a partner care loop that puts a contact task on the clinic task board. This is the clinic's own partner programme; Viali runs no reseller programme of its own - [Patient CRM — Offer to paid invoice](https://viali.app/product/crm): The end-to-end quote-to-cash flow for patient treatments — a surgeon's dictated note becomes an AI-structured treatment offer, the patient accepts online, the AI generates the treatment contract, the clinic and patient both e-sign (double signature, with protected placeholders that never change), and the invoice is created automatically in bexio and reconciled on payment; the reserved OR slot then becomes a confirmed surgery and everyone involved is notified - [Patient Feedback](https://viali.app/product/feedback): Automatic patient feedback after surgery — the clinic sets how many days after a completed surgery the request goes out, and leaving that unset switches the feature off. The email leaves at 09:00 in the clinic's timezone and catches up over the following seven days if the system was unavailable; each patient is asked once per surgery, enforced in the database. The patient rates three to five clinic-chosen aspects with three faces (unhappy, neutral, happy) in one of ten languages, with nothing to install and nothing to log into, and can ask to be contacted. An unhappy answer or a contact request raises a task and notifies the nominated staff; the alert names only the patient, the surgery date and the weakest aspect — never the free-text comment or the other scores — so the follow-up happens in Viali where access is controlled, and the task stays private to administrators because a complaint may name a colleague. Results sit in Business → Feedback and chart the share of happy answers per aspect over time rather than an average. A clinic can optionally add a link inviting every patient, whatever they answered, to leave a public Google review - [Insurance Card — VeKa lookup](https://viali.app/product/insurance-card): Reads the Swiss insurance card at the front desk — validates the 20-digit number against the official 80756/80438 ranges, matches the patient, and fetches the home address from the SASIS VeKa-Center using the clinic's own ZSR number. A card reader authenticates with its own key and can do nothing else; the same lookup is available to signed-in staff inside Viali. Both paths are rate limited. The address fills the record only where none exists and never overwrites one already captured, and a failed or slow lookup returns nothing rather than an error so the admission is never blocked - [Samples & Histology](https://viali.app/product/tissue-samples): Tissue and laboratory samples from the operating theatre to the result — a sample code unique across the clinic built from a prefix that is set once and then locked, fourteen sample types (histology, cytology, frozen section, microbiology, blood, bone marrow, stem cells, autologous fat, oocytes and sperm, DNA and genetics, stones, foreign bodies, placenta and cord, other) each carrying their own ordered states rather than one shared workflow, the external laboratory recorded per sample, and a status history that is appended rather than overwritten with the person, the time and an optional note. Autologous fat links both the extraction surgery and the reimplantation surgery to the same sample; types with no reimplantation never show the field - [Scheduling Poll](https://viali.app/product/scheduling-poll): Finding a time without a phone chain — an organiser proposes slots with an optional response deadline, every participant answers yes, no or maybe per slot, and a grid shows who has answered and which slot works for everybody. Participants can be clinic staff or people with no Viali account, who answer through a per-invitation link with no password and nothing to register. A poll is either in person with a location or a video appointment with a meeting link, reminders go daily to those who have not answered but at most one per person per day counted in the clinic's timezone, and confirming a slot closes the poll and stops the reminders - [CIRS — anonymous incident reporting](https://viali.app/product/cirs): A critical incident reporting system that is anonymous by construction — the table holds a title, the text, a status and a timestamp, and there is no user id, no name and no IP address, so anonymity is a property of the schema rather than a setting an administrator can switch off. Any signed-in member of the clinic can file a report from the help panel beside support and SOPs; only the clinic leadership can read them, under three states (new, reviewed, closed) with a count for each - [Viali TARDOC](https://viali.app/tardoc): Standalone Swiss outpatient billing — describe the service in natural language and receive a proposed TARDOC or Ambulante Pauschalen invoice, validated against the official Swiss tariff rules, with a Swiss QR-bill; MediData integration built in, currently in final certification for electronic submission to insurers. Sold on its own, without the rest of the Viali platform: patients and invoices only, one login, CHF 99 per month per practice, 14 days free with no credit card. Sign up at https://tardoc.viali.app. Available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein - [Security & Hosting](https://viali.app/security): Where the data is — Viali runs on Exoscale (Akenes SA, Lausanne) in the Geneva 2 zone (CH-GVA-2), an Equinix data centre in Geneva, Switzerland. Application server, database and backups stay in Switzerland; patient data does not leave the country. The provider holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022, 27017, 27018, SOC 2 Type II, HDS, BSI C5, CSA STAR and PCI DSS v4.0 — these certify the infrastructure, not the Viali software. Sub-processors: Exoscale (hosting, Geneva CH) and Resend (form emails on viali.app, USA, no patient data). Infrastructure questions are answered in writing only, to a named clinic; FADP & GDPR DPA at https://viali.app/dpa ## Consulting - [Consulting](https://viali.app/consulting): Independent healthcare process digitalisation consulting for clinics and practices — process analysis, OR & perioperative workflows, patient journey & online booking, TARDOC & billing, marketing analytics, staff scheduling, systems integration, FADP/GDPR compliance. Day rates: remote CHF 1'500/day, on-site CHF 3'000/day (Switzerland & Liechtenstein); free intro call ## Blog - [Blog index](https://viali.app/blog): All articles for clinic operators and healthcare professionals - [Why We Don't Charge per Case](https://viali.app/blog/why-we-dont-charge-per-case): Per-case billing made one clinic's software bill swing 7x across a year (CHF 300 in January against CHF 1'600 in May for identical software) and quietly rewarded documenting less — why Viali moved to one flat price per clinic per month with logins included - [Viali Rewards: Five Tools That Turn One-Time Patients Into Loyal Ones](https://viali.app/blog/viali-rewards-suite): How offers, loyalty cards, prepaid packages, memberships and referrals work together in one connected system, with automatic reward application - [Booking a Surgery Slot Shouldn't Mean a PDF Form and a Three-Day Wait](https://viali.app/blog/surgeon-portal-surgery-slot-requests): External and referring surgeons request an OR slot online — submit, attach documents, track status, get confirmed by email.
